Our summer reading program, “Dream Big: Read! is in full swing! If you haven’t signed up yet, please do! It runs until Saturday August 18. We are also having an adult summer reading program again this year too! So anyone from ages 1 on can have fun with us this summer!
Join us for Operation Safe Child with McGruff, the Crime Dog, this Friday July 20 at 6:30pm. Come see McGruff, the Crime Dog, and parents get your children’s picture, fingerprints etc updated for FREE!
Join us as Jody Luce helps us create cool tie dying items at the library on Wednesday July 25 at 6:30pm. Bring a 100% cotton, washed t-shirt, handkerchief or other white item and join in the fun!
We will be having a “Race to the Moon” puppet show featuring Melanie Zimmer on Friday July 27 at 6:30pm. Bring the family in for some laughs and fun!
Join us for a comedy juggling act performed by Gravitational Bull Jugglers on Wednesday August 1 at 2pm. Bring the family in for a great afternoon of fun!
We are having a Pajama Party on Friday August 3 at 6:30pm. Wear your favorite PJ’s and come join the fun!
Looking for something different to read? Stop in and grab our book talk group’s summer reading list and check out a few of the books they chose as great reads! See if you agree with them or not!
We are open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 12pm to 8pm, Tuesday and Thursday 10am to 8pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm.

Our summer reading program HAS BEGUN! The theme this year is “Dream Big: Read!”. Be sure to stop in and sign up now!! It runs until Saturday August 18. We are also having an adult summer reading program again this year too! So anyone from ages 1 on can have fun with us this summer! Be sure to enter some of our contests and kids read at least 10 hours to join in our graduation festivities!
Calling all young and old artists (or not!) We will be creating our 2012 summer reading mural on Friday July 13 at 6:30pm. Come put your personal flare on this year’s mural! Mural is to be hung in the library during the entire summer.
Join us for Dreams and Wishes on Wednesday July 18 at 6:30pm. Do you want to travel the world? Or read a million books? How about become an astronaut? Come share your dreams and wishes with us!
