Our new addition is open! Stop in now and see the beautiful new space we have! Come in and cool off in the AC during these hot summer days!
Dan the Snakeman is coming to the library this Friday July 29 at 6:30pm. Come see his wonderful reptiles. Bring the entire family!
The Bubbleman will be here on Wednesday August 3 at 6:30pm. Bring the family in for a bubbly good time!
Friday August 5 at 6:30pm we will be having a “One World, Many Stories” Craft night. Come in and make some cool things about our fabulous world!
We are having a LEGO MANIA display contest now! Call or stop into the library for more details. LEGO entries are due August 6 by 4pm.
Wednesday August 10 at 6:30pm we will be exploring the bitter cold, Brrrr! The Arctic! Come think about the coldness and learn about this area in our world and forget about the summer heat!
On Friday August 12 at 6:30pm, Melanie Zimmer will be here with her “Littlest Pirate Puppet Show”. Lots of laughs to be had by both young and old!
On Saturday August 13 at 4pm, summer reading ends so be sure to get your reading records in by then. To complete the program and to be able to come to our graduation ceremony on Wednesday August 17 with prizes and ice cream, make sure you read at least ten hours! More reading records can be obtained at the library. Let’s beat last year’s total hours read!
We are open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 12pm to 8pm, Tuesday and Thursday 10am to 8pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm.

Summer Reading is in full swing! If you haven’t signed up yet, stop in! Program ends on Saturday August 13 and kids ages 1-17 are invited to participate. New this summer–we have an Adult Summer Reading Program too! Lots of great contests, book drawings, a LEGO contest and more this summer!
This Friday July 22 at 6:30pm we will be exploring the forests and seeing what lurks there! We are hoping to get a special guest who lives in the forest to come too!
We are having an Island Party on Wednesday July 27 at 6:30pm. Wear a lei or a Hawaiian shirt and join in the fun!

We are getting lost in the desert this Friday July 15 at 6:30pm. See what kind of trouble we can get into while exploring the desert!
Our grand opening celebration will be on Tuesday July 19th at 1pm. Hope you can join us!
Wednesday July 20th at 6:30pm we will be climbing mountains and volcanoes! Be sure to come and see what we are up to!

Summer Reading has begun! This year’s theme is “One World, Many Stories!” Stop in now and sign up! Program ends on Saturday August 13 and kids ages 1-17 are invited to participate. Anyone completing at least 10 hours of reading, will be invited to attend our graduation ceremony complete with prizes and ice cream sundaes! Leon Etienne, famed Illusionist, will be kicking off our summer reading this Friday July 8 at 6:30pm. Stop in and see him perform some great magic!
Join us for Prairie Day on Monday July 11 at 6:30pm. Have fun as we explore this biome! See what trouble we can get into!

We are closed this week through Tuesday July 12 to move into our new addition. We will open again on Wednesday July 13 at noon. People can sign up for summer reading from 4-8pm today, Thursday and Friday of this week on the front porch though.
