Our annual Canned Food Drive to benefit the Morrisville Food Pantry is going on now through Friday March 4. Please help us make it better than ever! Help us to benefit to our food pantry! We can only take any non-perishable, UNEXPIRED canned food item!! We will ALSO collect hygiene products like soap, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrushes etc. for the Pantry as well!
Now through Monday February 28, stop in and get a blind book date! Read it, rate it and tell us something you liked about the book. Return your rating for a chance to win a raffle prize at the end (dinner and a move)! This is open for adults only, so 18 and up! But don’t worry kiddos, stop in during this time and guess how many candy hearts are in the jar and if you are the closest you win the treat!
Our LEGO Challenge is coming in March! Stop in and get the list of challenges (or look on our website) starting March 1! Every time you complete one of the challenges, send us a picture by email (mrounds@midyork.org), message us on Facebook or bring in a hard copy picture to be entered into the drawing on March 31, 2022 for 2 tickets to Lego Land in Goshen NY! Open to all ages, young and old. No need to do all of the challenges (or in order), but the more you do, the more tickets you get entered into for the grand prize! (The Library Manager has the final say on if the creation meets the challenge.)
Dr. Seuss Day is almost here! Come grab your special Dr. Seuss grab bag of goodies to celebrate Dr. Seuss at home with your families! Open to kids ages 2-15 years of age! Bags available from Wednesday March 2 while supplies last.
The library will be closed on Monday February 21 to observe Presidents’ Day. We will reopen Tuesday February 22 at noon.
The Morrisville Public Library is open Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 12pm-7pm, Tuesday and Thursday 10am to 7pm and Saturdays 10am-1pm. FACE COVERINGS ARE MANDATORY inside; vaccinated or not!

Our February Book Discussion will be The Orphan Collector by Ellen Marie Wiseman. Copies can be picked up February 1! Then look for our event of this on Facebook and join in the discussion from February 14-28, 2022! Or just read the book because we know you want to!
Kids ages 2-15 stop in and get your February take-n-make’s stop in today while supplies last! Make a Pizza My Heart craft, monster scratch art and color your own winter puzzle!
Join Library Manager, Michelle Rounds, as she reads books about Love & Hearts for our Virtual Story Time on Tuesday February 15 at 11:00am on Facebook Live! Then stop into the library and get the craft activity (heart emojis) to take home and do! (Craft kits are only available until Monday February 28 at 7pm, or while supplies last.) Craft kits are for kids ages 3-9 ONLY!
