We are currently taking donations of: children’s books, large type materials, DVD’s, books on CD or two years current of fiction or nonfiction books. NO ITEMS are to be left outside the library’s doors or put in our return bins. Please make arrangements with a staff member about dropping them off.

MARK YOUR CALENDARS!  John Taibi is back with another railroad talk on Friday September 23 at 6pm!  “This evening we’re going to climb aboard a special O&W excursion train at Morrisville Station and ride down to Norwich and on to the Lyon Brook Bridge, which was the railroad’s engineering landmark. During the railroad’s earliest days, passengers and local folks marveled at the 820-foot long, 165-foot-high bridge, and how it was able to support the weight of a passing train. But, it did, and still does, if only in “Remembering the Lyon Brook Bridge.” Warning: If you’re afraid of heights you may wish to bring a companion along to hold onto when we get out on the bridge.”

The Morrisville Public Library is open Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 12pm-7pm, Tuesday and Thursday 10am to 7pm and closed Saturdays for the summer.
