Join us Wednesday evenings for Classics with Chelle at 7:00pm, as our Library Manager, Michelle Rounds, reads on Facebook Live a classic book! Fun for kids and adults! We are in the middle of Frindle by Andrew Clements! You can always go back and watch the prior versions to get caught up! We start a new book, April 14 and its Beverly Cleary’s The Mouse and the Motorcycle!
Our new take-n-make crafts will be out on April 1! Make sure to get yours (as they are Easter related) as soon as you can, if you are between 2-15 years old! We are making our own Easter baskets and an Easter placemat and we have a spring sticker scene too! (Limited supplies so make sure you get yours soon!)
For our April Book Discussion we have chosen the book, The Book of Lost Names by Lucy Foley. Copies can be picked up April 1! Then look for our event of this on Facebook and join in the discussion from April 19-30, 2021! You can read the book and not participate too!
The Library will be closing early on Wednesday April 7 at 3:30pm so the Library Manager can get her second dose of the COVID vaccine. Please call the library on Thursday April 8 to make sure we are open before heading out as we have heard that the second dose can be not so nice. We are hoping not to close, but we will not know until the last minute.
We will be hatching baby chicks again at the library towards the end of April. More details coming soon!
