Come join us for our Homework Club that meets every Monday through the entire school year from 3:30pm-5pm! Homework will be done, help will be provided and a healthy snack for all.  Board games and/or crafts will also fill the time when homework is done.  (Open to school age children from First grade-8th grade!)

Do you know to write in cursive?  Need a refresher?  Come to our cursive class on Monday September 24 at 5:00pm!  Each participant must purchase the workbook (price is $5) and bring sharpened pencil(s) each week!  Open to 3rd grade and up so young and old can attend!  (This will run until mid-February.)

We have room for a couple more young chefs in the “Cooking Matters” group led by Liz Coffey of EatSmartNY starting Tuesday September 25! For 5 more weeks, youth ages 10 and up can develop cooking skills, sample new foods, and take home new recipes; all while having fun together. Please call or stop in to see if there is still space for your child!

We are showing the movie, Incredibles on Saturday September 29 at 1:00pm!  Come refresh your memory of the first Incredibles movie before we show the second one later this year! We provide the popcorn; just bring your own beverage.

Bring the little ones in for Kiddies Korner, our preschool story hour on Tuesday October 2 at 10am!!  Help us have fun with “Friendship!”  Stories, finger plays a craft and more!  If you cannot make that day, join us on Tuesday October 9 for “Let’s Get Messy”!

Be sure to join us for our new program, BLOX, Lego Club on Wednesday October 3 from 4:00pm-6:00pm!  Come join the fun!  We provide the Lego’s; please come and show us your expertise!  Topics change every time we meet but building and fun is what it’s all about!  All ages are welcome (young and old) and you do not need to attend every time!  Come when you can!  Please bring a healthy snack if you can!  (This club meets every month!)

The Library Board of Trustees meet on Thursday September 20 at 6:30pm in the library’s program room.  The public is welcome and encouraged to attend.

We are open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 12pm to 8pm, Tuesday and Thursday 10am to 8pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm.

This Friday September 7 starts our Fall History Series with Morrisville Businesses Then & Now, Historic Talk at 6:30pm!  Join Village and Town Historian, Sue Greenhagen, as she shares with us what our Morrisville businesses (store fronts) looked like then and what is there now! 

Every month we will host an Adulting class for patrons ages 15-25 (though all ages over 15 are welcome!)  Wednesday September 12 is our first one, Basics of Sewing Part 1 at 6:30pm.  Don’t know how to sew?  Need to remember how?  This is for you!  Learn the basics of sewing and leave with your own potholder created by YOU!  If you have a sewing machine or can borrow one, please bring it!   ALL participants need to bring ½ yard of material as well!  All materials will be provided.   We will have another sewing class in the future so stay tuned for more details!  

We are showing the movie, The Book Club on Friday September 14 at 7pm.  It is rated PG-13 so we will not allow anyone in under the age of 13 without a parent or guardian. We provide the popcorn; just bring your own beverage.

Looking for a good book to read?  How about joining our book talk as we will be reading, Orphan Train by Christina Baller Klein on Wednesday September 19 at 6:30pm.  Copies can be picked up now!  Discussion open to teens and adults!  So grab a book, read it and come join us for a sure to be fun discussion!
