Story hour will not meet January 1 for the holidays. Bring the little ones in for Kiddies Korner, our preschool story hour on Tuesday January 8 at 10am!! Help us have fun with Jan Brett’s “The Mitten!” Stories, finger plays a craft and more!
Be sure to join us on Wednesday January 9 for Adulting 101-Topic: Basics of Sewing Part 1 at 6:30pm! Don’t know how to sew? Need to remember how? This is for you! Learn the basics of sewing and leave with your own potholder created by YOU! If you have a sewing machine or can borrow one, please bring it! ALL participants need to bring ½ yard of material as well! All other materials will be provided.
On Friday January 11 we will be having our Teen/Adult Movie Night at 7:00pm. We will be showing the 2018 version of Little Women! It is rated PG-13 so we will not allow kids under 13 in without a parent or guardian. As always, we provide the popcorn; you bring your beverage!
We are hosting NERF Nights in January! Kids 10 and up on Friday January 18 from 8:30-11pm and NERF for Littles (ages 4-8 ONLY) on Saturday January 19 from 4:30-7pm (Parents must stay on site for the Littles one.) Stop into the library starting January 2 and sign up for one or the other! Make sure to get a permission slip for each child as we will not allow kids to play if they don’t arrive with one all completed!
We will be closed from Tuesday December 25- Tuesday January 1, 2019. We will reopen on Wednesday January 2 at 12pm!
We are open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 12pm to 8pm, Tuesday and Thursday 10am to 8pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm.

Our next NERF Battle night will be this Friday December 14 from 8:30pm-11:00pm. Sign-ups have begun at the library and be sure to get a permission slip as well. No one enters without a slip and signing up. Open to 10 and up (adults too!) Only 16 spaces available!
On Wednesday December 19 we will be having a book talk at 6:30pm! Looking for a good book to read? How about joining our book talk as we will be reading, Mr. Dickens and His Carol by Samantha Silva. Copies can be picked up now! Discussion open to teens and adults! So grab a book, read it and come join us for a sure to be fun discussion!
Please join us on Friday December 21 for our Family Movie Night at 7:00pm! We provide the popcorn; bring your own beverage! Come see this cute movie, perfect for the colder weather, Smallfoot!
