Help us decorate a letter for our Summer Reading banner!  Stop in during library hours now and get a letter to take home and decorate!  First come, first serve.  Open to kids ages 2-17!  Letters are due back to the library by June 19, 2015.

We are showing the movie, Paddington on Friday May 29 at 6:00pm.  Bring the family in for a great time!  We provide the popcorn; just bring your own beverage!

Be sure to join us on Thursday June 4 for the first of our Essential Oil Classes at 6:300pm.  Best part they are FREE!  Join Robin Suarez, once a month as she helps us to better our lives naturally.  Essential oils are natural aromatic compounds found in flowers, seeds, bark, roots and other parts of plants. They are powerfully fragrant. They have been used throughout history for their medicinal and therapeutic benefits.

On Friday June 5 we will be having our Birth, Death and Rebirth of Hops Talk at 6:30pm.  Join Madison County Historian, Matthew Urtz as he shares about Hops in Madison County! (RESCHEDULED from April 3!)

On Thursday May 21 Library Board Meet at 6:30pm.  The public is welcome and encouraged to attend.

We will be closed on Monday May 25 to observe Memorial Day.

Our summer hours begin on Saturday May 23.  We will be closed every Saturday from now until September 5. We will resume Saturday hours on September 12, 2015.  We are open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 12pm to 8pm, Tuesday and Thursday 10am to 8pm for the summer.

Be sure to join us this Friday May 8 for Female Faces of Madison County, historical talk at 6:30pm.  Join Madison County Historian, Matthew Urtz as he tells the story of 20+ prominent female Madison County Citizens and their impact on US history.

Tai Chi Chuan Class meets again on Monday May 11 at 6:30pm.  Join MSC Professor, Bill Snyder, as he facilitates this internal Chinese martial art.  Best part- IT’S FREE!  If you cannot make that day, join them on Monday May 18.

Kiddies Korner, our preschool story hour is in full swing!!  Come join us on Tuesday May 12 at 9:45am come hear stories about bees and honey!!  Join us for stories, fingerplays, a craft and more! If you cannot make that day, join us for our final story hour until next fall on Tuesday May 19!  We will be hearing stories about ice cream and having ice cream sundaes!

On Wednesday May 20 the LIBRARY CLOSING EARLY at 4PM for a staff development night.
