We will be having our annual Canned Food Drive January 2 – February 28. Please help us make this year even more successful than last! Not only will you be making a generous contribution to our local food bank, but for every item you donate, we will take $1 off your outstanding fines.
Kiddies Korner, our preschool story hour is in full swing!! Come join us on Tuesday January 6 at 9:45am come hear stories about dinosaurs! We will be making a shape-a-saurus to take home! We will meet again on Tuesday January 13 for “Let it Snow!”
We will be showing another teen/adult movie on Friday January 9 at 7:00pm! We are showing the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie! We provide the popcorn; you bring your own beverage!
Tai Chi Chuan Class meets again on Monday January 26 at 6:30pm. Join MSC Professor, Bill Snyder, as he facilitates this internal Chinese martial art. Best part- IT’S FREE! If you cannot make that day, join them on Monday February 2.
The Library Board of Trustees meet on Thursday January 15 at 6:30pm. The public is welcome to attend.
We will be closed until Friday January 2 at noon! We are open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 12pm to 8pm, Tuesday and Thursday 10am to 8pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm.

If you haven’t stopped in to enter to win a free Elf on the Shelf book set, do so now! We draw one winner on December 19th at 6:30pm! If you haven’t stopped in to see our beautiful Woodland Wonderland Christmas tree; do so before Christmas! It’s to your right when you enter the library! And, don’t forget our giving tree; help out your library this holiday season!

This Friday December 19 at 6:00pm we are having a special Family Movie Night and we are showing, The Polar Express! Bring the family in for our holiday tradition! We will provide the hot cocoa and cookies, & other magical effects; REMEMBER to wear your PJ’s!!

Join us on Friday December 5 at 6:30pm as we “Countdown to Christmas!” Come start the countdown to Christmas with us! Complete a scavenger hunt, with various different countdown things to take home and do! Yummy goodies, crafts, and more!

Visit with library staff and the board and of course, eat some yummy goodies! Take a break from the busy holiday with us! **Be sure to sign up for your chance to win our “Elf on a Shelf” book! We will be giving it away before Christmas!
