Come learn Tai Chi Chuan with Morrisville State College Professor William S. Snyder on Monday February 4 at 6:30pm.  He will be doing this class for free every Monday so teens and adults; this is your chance to learn this and have fun!  If you cannot make that day, he will be here again on Monday February 11.

Kiddies Korner will meet again on Tuesday February 5 at 9:30am to hear all about birds and make a bird feeder to take home.  If you can’t make that day, join us February 12 to read about books we love!

Our next lunch book talk will be February 8 at 12:15pm.  The book being discussed is Tea Obreht’s The Tiger’s Wife.  Copies can be picked up now.

Bring the family in for popcorn and a movie on Friday February 15 at 6:00pm!  The movie we are showing is Hotel Transylvania.  It’s a fast, funny, and wildly inventive animated tale!

Our next nightly book talk will be Wednesday February 20 at 6:30pm.  The book being discussed is The Life of Pi by Yann Martel.  Copies can be picked up now at the circulation desk.

Don’t forget our Annual Canned Food Drive for the Morrisville Food Pantry going on now! Please help us make it better than last year!  Not only will you be making a generous contribution to our food pantry, but for every item you donate, we will take a $1 off your outstanding fines!

Don’t forget we will be closed on Monday February 18 to observe President’s Day.  We will reopen Tuesday at 10am.

Join Sue Greenhagen this Friday January 18 at 6:30pm for her Magical History tour.  She will share with us how Morrisville 100 years ago was in many ways the same village it is now, but with some differences that are startling.  Come and be surprised!

We will be showing the movie, Ice Age: Continental Drift this Friday January 11 at 6:00pm.  Bring the family in for popcorn and this enlightening tale!

We are starting a monthly at night book talk on Wednesday January 16 at 6:30pm!  The book being discussed is Barbara Kingsolver’s novel, The Poisonwood Bible.  Copies can be picked up now.
