All programs sponsored by the Library will be open to the public.
There shall be no admission charge for any program sponsored by the Library.
A materials fee for workshops may be charged. A notice of such a fee will accompany all advertising for the program.
Programs shall be advertised in the local papers, on posters placed at various locations in the community and on the message board in the library.
Arrangements for presenters of programs shall be made in advance in writing. All presentation fees shall be agreed upon in advance and payment shall be made to presenters as soon as possible after the presentation.
