No group or individual may hold a fund-raiser using the name of Morrisville Public Library without the approval of the Library Board of Trustees. Anyone desiring to hold a fund-raiser must come before the Board to present their ideas and no event will be authorized without approval by a majority of the Board of Trustees. Money engendered through any unauthorized event will not be accepted by the Morrisville Public Library.
