Our Summer Reading Program, “Be Creative @ your Library”, is in full swing!  Kids remember to read at least 10 hours before August 15.  Make sure to get your reading records turned in by that date to so you can attend the graduation party on Wednesday August 19 at 6:30pm.

On Friday July 31 at 6:30pm join us for Leon Etienne, Illusionist!  He will be here sharing his famous magic tricks and illusions!  He has over ten year’s professional experience and he is sure to leave you in awe and wonder!

The Bubbleman will be here Wednesday August 5 at 6:30pm.  Bring the entire family in for a bubblin good time!

On Friday August 7 at 6:00pm, we will be having family movie night.  The movie is Coraline based on Neil Gaiman’s book.  Bring something comfy to sit in and a bag of popcorn to share!

Join us Monday August 10 at 6:30pm for our Silly Dance Party!  Learn some new and silly dance moves to show all your friends and hear some stories too!

On Friday August 14 Kingsley and the Shacklebolts will be performing at 6:30pm.  If you are a fan of Harry Potter come join us and hear this wizard rock band from Cicero, NY play some Harry Potter music for young and old!

Joanne Bartlett, Phrenologist, has rescheduled her program for Monday August 17 at 6:30pm.  This was previously scheduled earlier this month but was cancelled due to illness.  Come have the bumps and fissures on your head read and see what they say about your personality!

Grab a new book today!  We are open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 12pm to 8pm, Tuesday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm.

Our Summer Reading Program, “Be Creative @ your Library”, is in full swing!  Kids remember to read at least 10 hours during the program.  If you complete this requirement, you will be invited to attend our graduation ceremony complete with prizes and ice cream sundaes!  Don’t forget to be completing the incentive game too!

Tired of the old bingo?  Join us this Friday July 24 at 6:30pm as we play several unique versions of this popular game and every child wins a prize!!!

The Friends Annual Book Sale will be this Saturday July 25 from 8am to 2pm.  Stop in and get some great books at great prices to read over the summer!

Join us on Monday July 27 at 6:30pm as we get creative with food!  Not supposed to play with your food?  We are ignoring that rule tonight!  We will be making lots of things out of food as well as having a food sculpture contest!

Charlie Parker, Phyllis Parker’s grandson, drew the winning name of the Father’s Day Raffle a few weeks ago.  The winner was Rhothghar Smith of Morrisville.  Congratulations Rhoth!

On Monday July 13 at 6:30pm, Joann Bartlett will be here to share about Phrenology.  Come have the bumps and fissures on your head read and see what they say about your personality!  Bring the entire family in and learn about this cool hobby that was very popular back in the early 1900’s.

Our Summer Reading Program, “Be Creative @ your Library”, begins next week!  Our program begins on Monday and runs until Saturday August 15.  The summer reading program is open to all kids ages 1-17.  Spend the summer with us as we get creative at the library!

Be sure to stop in anytime next week and sign your child up for the program.  Then through the course of the next six weeks your child needs to read at least 10 hours.  If completing this requirement, your child will be invited to attend our graduation ceremony complete with prizes and ice cream sundaes!

To kick off our summer reading program, join us on Wednesday July 8 at 6:30pm for the Spoonman!  You are sure to laugh and have a great time and I guarantee you will never look at spoons the same way again!  This is a family fun event so bring the entire family in!
