Generally, service will be provided to non-residents in the same manner as residents except when a conflict arises. If a conflict arises, preference for services will be given to residents.
Also, if it is clear that the non-resident will be unable to return materials circulated, the Library reserves the right to limit use of such materials to in Library use only.
Failure to follow and abide by this policy may result in poor evaluations by the Library Manager or further disciplinary action as stated in Section (I) of the Library Personal Policy.
