We are having our annual Canned Food Drive to benefit the Morrisville Food Pantry now until February 28.  Not only will you be making a generous contribution to our food pantry, but for every item you donate, we will take a $1 off your outstanding fines!

Our family movie night will be on Friday January 31 at 6:00pm.  We will be showing Smurfs 2!  We provide the popcorn; bring the family and a drink and watch this sure to be new classic film!

Tai Chi Chuan Class meets on Monday February 3 at 6:30pm.  Come learn Tai Chi Chuan with instructor Bill Snyder.  Open to all teens and adults.  Best part, it’s FREE!  If you cannot make this day, join the class on Monday February 10!

Kiddies Korner, our preschool story hour, meets on Tuesday February 4 at 9:45am.  Bring the little ones and help us have fun hearing stories about ice!  If you can’t make that day, join us on Tuesday February 11 for books about Valentine’s Day!  We will be making a Valentine’s Day necklace too!

Our lunch book talk series starts again on Friday February 7 at 12:00pm.  Join us for the book, The Silver Star by Jeanette Walls.  Bring your lunch and join in this discussion!  Books can be picked up now at the circulation desk.

Join us as we celebrate Laura Ingalls Wilder’s birthday on Friday February 7 at 6:30pm.  Come have some prairie fun with us!

We are having a Battle of the Sexes night on Friday February 21 at 6:30pm.  Bring the entire family in as we divide up into two teams- Men vs. Women!  See who is smarter the males or the females!  TONS of questions to toss around to determine who the smarter gender is!  Fun for the ENTIRE family!

Join us for a book discussion on the book, Someday, Someday Maybe, by Lauren Graham on Tuesday February 25 at 6:30pm.  Books can be picked up at the library now.

The library will be closed on Monday February 17 to observe President’s Day.  We will reopen Tuesday at 10am.  We are open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 12pm to 8pm, Tuesday and Thursday 10am to 8pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm.

Stop in and view our giving tree on display until January 31, 2014!  We have several items the library still needs! Grab a tag off the tree of something you would like to donate.  Bring the item back with the tag as soon as you can!  We would like all donations turned in by February 28, 2014.

Do you have DVD’s or CD’s that need cleaning or repair?  For $3 a disc, we do that here for you now!  For more details, inquire at the library!
