We are closed now for the winter holidays and will reopen at 10am on Thursday January 2, 2014. We hope you have a wonderful holiday and New Year!
We are having our annual Canned Food Drive to benefit the Morrisville Food Pantry January 2 until February 28. Not only will you be making a generous contribution to our food pantry, but for every item you donate, we will take a $1 off your outstanding fines!
Stop in and view our giving tree on display until January 31, 2014! We have several items the library needs! It’s EASY! Grab a tag off our giving tree of something you would like to donate to the library. Bring the item back with the tag as soon as you can! We would like all donations turned in by February 28, 2014.
We will be having a Family Movie Marathon on Saturday January 4 from 10-3pm! We will be showing the movie, Cars, and the new movie, Planes, back to back with lunch provided in between! That’s right, bring snacks if you want and your own beverage and we will get some pizza for lunch during the intermission! What a great day to spend with the family!
Kiddies Korner, our preschool story hour, meets on Tuesday January 7 at 9:45am. Bring the little ones and help us have fun hearing stories about snow and winter! If you can’t make that day, join us on Tuesday January 14 for books about bath time and bubbles! We will be making a bathtub craft to take home! **Please note change in time!
Join us on Friday January 10 at 6:30pm for Can You See/ I Spy Night! Come in and have fun with these great book series as well as do some “I spying” around the library!
Want to learn how to knit? Join us on Friday January 17 at Friday January 24 at 6:30pm! Bring two of the same size needle (sizes 8-13) and some worsted yarn and join Rebecca McElheny as she teaches us how to knit! This is open to ages 12 and up! Be sure to plan on attending both weeks! ***REGISTRATION for this program is required*** Sign up at the circulation desk!
The Library Board meets on Thursday January 16 at 6:30pm. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend.
We are open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 12pm to 8pm, Tuesday and Thursday 10am to 8pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm.

Grab a Christmas tag off our giving tree of something you would like to donate to the library. Buy it, donate it, whatever it says and bring the tag and the item in as soon as you can! We would like all donations turned in by February 28, 2014.
Join us for our annual open house this Friday December 13 from 5-7:30pm. Come see what theme we chose this year for our Christmas tree! Visit with library staff and the board and of course, eat some yummy goodies! Take a break from the busy holiday with us!
Our free Tai Chi Chuan Class will meet again on Monday December 16 at 6:30pm. Come join instructor Bill Snyder. Open to all teens and adults. The class will be taking a break and will resume on Monday January 27 at 6:30pm.
