WEEK 6- STEP INTO NATURE
Monday August 3- Nature Hunt
Here is the link to print out the hunt (CLICK HERE) or you can stop over to the library during no contact pick up times (an appointment would be best) and grab the paper. Then have fun hunting for things in nature!

Tuesday August 4- Make-n-Take Craft- Handprint Chick Craft
Be sure to watch for our weekly roundup here for instructions on this week’s make-n-take craft or you can stop over to the library during no contact pick up times (an appointment would be best) and get a bag with the materials inside (this week only).

Wednesday August 5– Help, I’m Prisoner in the Library Reading- 6:30pm
Join Library Aide Jennifer, as she reads chapters 9 & 10 of this book virtually! Suggested for grades 3-8 but if your kiddo wants to listen in, the more the merrier! (She will read two chapters a week for 6 weeks every Wednesday!) We will be using Facebook Live so tune in! (Every week will be posted on the library’s Facebook page until summer reading ends so you can catch up if you miss a week!)

Thursday August 6-Kiddies Korner Story Time- Nature- 10:00am
Join Library Manager, Michelle Rounds, as we post the video of our fifth week of summer story time! Hear two stories and see the craft to make at home! WEEK 7- BOO-IT’S HALLOWEEN (EARLY)

DUE TO COVID-19 and colleges going back to classes early, Library Aide, Jennifer, will not be able to do this Escape Room Live! We are sorry, but we hope you enjoyed our other two! 🙂

Friday August 28- Summer Reading Virtual Awards Ceremony- 7:00pm
Be sure to watch us on Facebook as we post our Awards ceremony for all of our graduates who read 12 or more hours! Lots of great virtual awards parents can screenshot and print for the memory books!
