Tai Chi Chuan will meet again on Monday May 23 at 6:30pm.  Join MSC Professor, Bill Snyder, as he shares with you various techniques of this art form.  They are always looking for new people!  This is the last class until September!  Set aside Mondays at 6:30pm in the fall and join in!

Join us for Kiddies Korner, our preschool story hour!  Bring your preschool child on Tuesday May 24 at 10 am as we will be reading about ice cream.  Stories, finger plays, rhymes, crafts and more!  This is our last story hour until July 5!  For our summer reading program, we will be having a special story hour for preschool kids Tuesdays at 10am from July 5-August 9.  Be sure to bring your child in then!

Be sure to join us on Thursday June 2 for Essential Oils at 6:30pm.  Join Robin Suarez as she helps us to better our lives naturally.  Essential oils are natural aromatic compounds found in flowers, seeds, bark, roots and other parts of plants. They are powerfully fragrant. They have been used throughout history for their medicinal and therapeutic benefits.

On Friday June 3 we are having a Teen/Adult Movie Night at 7:00pm.  We are showing the movie, Bridge of Spies with Tom Hanks!  Bring your own beverage; we provide the popcorn!  Movie is rated PG-13 so we will only allow people 13+ in to view the movie unless you are with a parent or guardian.  (Note:  Movie is 141 minutes so if you have library business, do it before the movie starts).

We start our summer hours on Saturday May 28.  That means we will be closed Saturdays through Labor Day.  We are open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 12pm to 8pm, Tuesday and Thursday 10am to 8pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm.

This Thursday May 5 our Essential Oils program will be back at 6:30pm.  Join Robin Suarez as she shares with you how to better your life naturally.  Essential oils are natural aromatic compounds found in flowers, seeds, bark, roots and other parts of plants.  You can use them in various different ways!  Come see how!

This Friday May 6 we are having an Adult Movie Night at 7:00pm. We provide the popcorn, bring your own beverage and join us!  We are showing the movie, The Revenant.  PLEASE NOTE: It is rated R so we will not let anyone view the movie who is under 17 without an adult present.  Remember the movie ends after we close so if you have library business to do, come early before the movie starts!

Be sure to join us on Friday May 13 for the Legend of Grove Hinman historic talk at 6:30pm.  Join local author, Jim Ford, as he shares with us about this legendary man & shares some stories that aren’t in his book about Mr. Hinman.

The Library Board of Trustees meets on Thursday May 19 at 6:30pm in the library’s program room.  The public is welcome to attend.
