On Friday November 20 we will be having our Family Movie Night at 7:00pm.  We are showing the movie, Inside Out!  We provide the popcorn; you bring your own beverage!  Bring the family in for this “sure to be enlightening” movie!

Join us for Tai Chi Chuan Class Monday November 23 at 6:30pm. The group is facilitated by Morrisville State College Professor, William Snyder.  New people are welcome at any time!  Best part, it’s free!  If you can’t make this day, join them on November 30.

Kiddies Korner, our preschool story hour is in full swing!  Bring your preschool child on Tuesday November 24 at 10am as we will be reading about “Let’s Give Thanks”!  Stories, finger plays, rhymes, crafts and more! If you cannot make that day, join us the following week on Tuesday December 1 for “When it Snows-Winter!!”

The Utica Zoomobile will be here on Wednesday November 25 at 1:00pm!  They will be bringing some animals for us to learn about, see and touch!  Bring the kiddos in for this great program before the holiday begins!

Be sure to join us on Thursday December 3 for Essential Oils at 6:30pm.  Join Robin Suarez as she helps us to better our lives naturally.  Essential oils are natural aromatic compounds found in flowers, seeds, bark, roots and other parts of plants. They are powerfully fragrant. They have been used throughout history for their medicinal and therapeutic benefits.

We will be closed from Thursday November 26- Sunday November 29 to observe the Thanksgiving holiday.   We are open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 12pm to 8pm, Tuesday and Thursday 10am to 8pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm.

This Friday November 6 we are having our Teen/Adult Movie Night and we will be showing, Jurassic World, at 7:00pm.  We provide the popcorn; just bring your own beverage.  The library closes at 8pm, so if you have library business to attend to, please come early as the movie will end after we are closed!  NOTE: This movie is rated PG-13.  We will NOT let anyone under the age of 13 view the movie without a parent/guardian OR a note from your parent saying that it’s okay to watch.

Be sure to join us on Friday November 13 for the talk, “Friday the 13th’s of History” at 6:30pm.  Join Madison County Historian, Matthew Urtz, as he tells us about the great events that occurred on this night throughout history!

The Library Board of Trustees will meet again on Thursday November 19 at 6:30pm.  The public is welcome to attend.

We will be closed on Wednesday November 11 to observe Veteran’s Day.  We are open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 12pm to 8pm, Tuesday and Thursday 10am to 8pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm.
